Central Eastside Industrial Council Names Board Officers, Appoints Five New Business Leaders to the Board of Directors 

The Central Eastside Industrial Council (CEIC) is proud to introduce its newly elected board officers, who will lead the organization in promoting the vitality and sustainability of Portland’s Central Eastside Industrial District.

Jonathan Malsin, Principal at BEAM Development, will serve as Board President; Angie Garcia, Owner of Escuela Viva, has been appointed Vice President; Damien Francaviglia, Vice President of Finance and Technology at OMSI, will continue as Finance Chair; Todd DeNeffe, Owner of Cascade Commercial Real Estate, LLC, will serve as Secretary. 

In addition to these new officers, five business leaders were unanimously approved to join the CEIC Board of Directors at the organization’s Annual Members Meeting in December 2024. These directors bring diverse experience and a shared commitment to advancing the Central Eastside as a thriving and inclusive business district.
