The Central Eastside parking permit program (covering Zone N and G permits) is designed to balance several priorities: ensuring reliable parking access for employees who must work on-site, supporting turnover in retail and commercial corridors, and aligning with the City of Portland’s broader transportation goals, including reducing single-occupancy vehicle trips into the district.
