Calling All Central Eastside Businesses: Join the Central Eastside PDX Passport to Boost Foot Traffic
We’re planning a district-wide promotion to encourage visitors to support local businesses across the Central Eastside.This initiative features the Central Eastside PDX Passport, a printed passport that incentivizes visitors to shop, dine, and explore participating businesses by collecting "stamps".
Based on your enthusiasm for the project, we’ve updated the passport time period from the original September 2025 - January 2026 to an extended timeframe: November 2025 - September 2026, adding six more months of use. We want to hear from you! Your input will help shape this promotion and ensure it benefits our diverse business community. The new deadline to fill out the intake form is June 30, 2025. What is the Central Eastside PDX Passport?
The passport invites visitors to explore your business and others across the Central Eastside. Visitors will pick up a printed passport, then shop, dine and explore their way through the district, collecting "stamps" at participating spots like yours!
How it works:
From November 2025 through September 2026, customers can pick up a passport at multiple locations around the district.
Each purchase they make at a participating business earns the passport holder a "stamp" in their passport.
Once their passport is full, passport holders can submit it for a chance to win a grand prize package featuring businesses like yours.
