Central Eastside PDX has partnered with nearly 60 local businesses to launch our first-ever District Passport, created for anyone ready to shop, dine, and explore all this district has to offer, day to night.

Pick up your free passport at the designated locations, collect stamps from November 13, 2025 through September 7, 2026 to enter for prizes, and enjoy discounts along the way. Discover everything that makes the Central Eastside the place to be.

Pick Up Your Passport

Collect stamps by visiting participating businesses and making a minimum $10 purchase (after any discounts). Before you head out, request a stamp from the staff to record your visit on the Central Eastside PDX Passport. With so many ways to win, every stop brings you closer to a prize. When you reach a stamp benchmark, submit your passport to claim your prize and continue collecting stamps for chances to win throughout the year.

The Central Eastside PDX Passport is valid from November 13, 2025 through September 7, 2026. Each business has its own hours, so check ahead and plan your stops to make the most of your adventure through the district!

Explore. Stamp. Win.

Choose your own adventure! Each prize is available for a set period, and you can keep collecting stamps each quarter for more chances to win.

    • First 30 people who collect 15 stamps and submit a photo of each stamped page.

    • Prize period: November 13 – January 31, 2026

    • Quarterly Pickup: February 2 – 6, 2026

    • First 30 people who collect 30 stamps and submit a photo of each stamped page.

    • Prize period: February 1 – April 30, 2026

    • Quarterly Pickup: May 4 – 8, 2026

    • First 30 people who collect 45 stamps and submit a photo of each stamped page.

    • Prize period: May 1 – July 31, 2026

    • Quarterly Pickup: August 3 – 7, 2026

  • Be the first to submit photos of your passport with 50 stamps from participating businesses and claim the Super Secret Prize, valued at approximately $500.

  • The participant who collects the most stamps (at least 50) and submits their passport at the conclusion of the program by September 8, 2026, will be eligible to win our Grand Prize valued at approximately $1,500.

    In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by raffle.

Submit & Win

Once you’ve hit the stamp benchmark for a prize, just email a photo of each stamped page to admin@centraleastside.biz. We’ll either mail your prize or you can pick it up at the Central Eastside PDX office.

Central Eastside PDX Terms of Use

Please read these terms of use carefully. Participation in the Central Eastside PDX Passport program is voluntary and at your own risk. Central Eastside Industrial Council, Central Eastside Together, and participating businesses are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the program, visits to participating businesses, or use of any prizes, discounts, or rewards. Each business is solely responsible for its own products, services, and offers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Eastside Industrial Council and Central Eastside Together, disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this program. If you don’t agree with these terms, sit this one out, but we hope you’ll join the fun instead.

    • Passports are free to all. One passport per person. 

    • The program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age.

    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on the Central Eastside PDX website.

    • We reserve the right to disqualify participants for suspected fraud or abuse.

    • Any personal information collected will be used solely by Central Eastside PDX and will not be shared or sold.

    • Only official stamps provided by participating businesses will be accepted. Limit one stamp per business. 

    • Photocopies, duplicates, or forged stamps are not valid.

    • Duplicate, altered, or counterfeit stamps/passports will be disqualified.

    • Stamps are not available with delivery orders or online orders, unless otherwise specified.

    • A minimum $10 purchase after discount is required to receive a stamp.

    • An offered discount does not need to be used to meet the $10 minimum purchase requirement.

    • Discounts at participating businesses may only be used one time and are subject to availability or may change without notice.

    • All Central Eastside PDX Passport discounts and offers expire on September 7, 2026. No exceptions. 

    • Prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice.

    • Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    • Prizes are awarded based on participation milestones, not chance.

  • The Central Eastside PDX Passport celebrates the diversity and vibrancy of our incredible businesses! This is your chance to experience the district’s unique character and all the things that make it special. As a Passport holder, you agree to a few simple guidelines:

    Be kind. Treat staff and fellow explorers with respect.

    Be polite. No swearing, harassing, or arguing with staff.

    Be honest. Play fair with your passport stamps. Any inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification.
