Guest Speaker
Raymond C. Lee III, ICMA-CM
City Administrator, City of Portland
As City Administrator for the City of Portland, Lee oversees day-to-day operations across more than two dozen bureaus and offices, over 7,000 employees, and an $8.5 billion budget. He works closely with the Mayor and City Council to implement Portland's new form of government. Lee brings two decades of public sector leadership, most recently as City Manager of Greeley, Colorado. Before that, he held progressive leadership roles with the City of Dallas and served as Public Works Director for the City of Amarillo, Texas.
Event Details
The Annual District Celebration is our signature event, bringing together business owners, community leaders, and neighbors to celebrate the heart and hustle of the Central Eastside. It's an evening to toast our shared accomplishments, get a sneak peek at the projects shaping the district's future, and raise a glass with fellow business leaders and local elected officials. The night culminates in the big reveal of this year's Community Catalyst Award winner, honoring an outstanding leader whose vision sparks positive change across our community. You don't want to miss it.
