The Portland Winter Light Festival is back for it’s 10th anniversary, bringing the city to life with glowing art, interactive installations, and electrifying performances from February 7-15, 2025! This city-wide festival spans multiple neighborhoods, with light installations illuminating parks, bridges, and buildings across Portland. One of the must-visit areas during the festival is the Central Eastside, where innovation and creativity come together to create a truly magical experience. Central Eastside PDX proudly supports this incredible event through generous funding from Travel Oregon.

Whether you want to experience the excitement of major anchor sites or stumble upon hidden gems, the map will guide you through a dazzling array of displays. The Electric Blocks: A Festival Hotspot
One of the key anchor sites in the Central Eastside is the Electric Blocks (236 SE Clay), a dynamic hub featuring large-scale light installations, interactive exhibits, food carts, and live performances. As an anchor site, the Electric Blocks will be open with special programming from 6-10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays (February 7-8 and 14-15). This is the perfect place to kick off your festival experience before venturing out to explore more of the installations around the city.
