As part of the Milagro Central Eastside Muertos Celebration, artists, businesses, and community organizations come together to host Día de Muertos altar installations for public viewing. Each partner is linked with one or more artists from IDEAL PDX, who collaborate with employees to determine a theme or artistic vision that reflects that business, typically honoring lost loved ones, ancestors, and cultural traditions.
