HR Annie Recruitment & True Calling Recruitment are partnering with Kickstand Comedy to bring job seekers a unique, supportive, and energizing workshop that uses improv to strengthen confidence, communication, and adaptability in the hiring process.

Through fun, no-pressure improv exercises, participants will:

• Build confidence speaking on the spot

• Practice thinking quickly and responding authentically

• Gain tools for handling interview nerves and curveball questions

• Strengthen presence, listening, and self‑trust

• Reframe interviews as conversations, not interrogations

• This workshop is beginner-friendly, inclusive, and designed specifically for people navigating the job search.
