Día de Los Muertos Bike Ride Altar Tour
Join Milagro, a Better Together Grant recipient, as part of their 29th Día de Muertos' Observance for a guided bike tour of altars displayed at local businesses in the Central Eastside. This fun, community-focused ride will take you through beautiful altar displays, rain or shine, with a shorter route available if the weather doesn't cooperate. The event is free, but don’t forget to RSVP!
Event Details:
Meet at Milagro's Zócalo (537 SE Stark St.) between 12 - 1 pm to decorate your bike. The guided ride will begin at 1 pm and cover a three-mile route, with altars at the following locations. Take in the beautiful displays and while you're there, explore the local shops—grab a coffee, check out bike gear, or find something new along the way!
*The Better Together Grant supports the community by catalyzing events and projects that activate public spaces, increase foot traffic, and highlight the district's unique identity. It fosters an engaging environment by supporting arts and cultural events, public installations, and projects that drive co-creation, economic growth, and a sense of place.
Stay tuned for updates on the next grant cycle launching in January 2025.
