The Annual ESD Community Survey Is Now Open

Why it matters:
If you pay a water bill, you contribute to the Enhanced Services District (ESD) through a Property Management License Fee, which funds cleaning, community ambassador, and district enhancement work. Your input helps us make sure that work reflects the needs of the district.
Each year we use this feedback to evaluate our programs and determine where to focus in the year ahead. Whether you're a long-time ratepayer, business owner, or community member, we welcome your participation and perspective.
What the survey covers:
Community Ambassador services
Cleaning Team services
District enhancement and activation efforts
Future priorities for the district
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will remain open through October 12, 2026. All responses are confidential.

We're hosting four Ratepayer Sessions on September 17, September 24, September 30, and October 7, with a mix of morning and afternoon times so you can find one that fits your schedule. Each session will cover how Enhanced Services District (ESD) fees are invested, what's shaping our programs, and an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and discuss priorities for the future. Sessions may be joined in person or virtually.
*If any session has 5 or fewer attendees, we will cancel that session and those who RSVP'd will be notified of alternative options.
